We underwrite, arrange and co-invest in real estate development projects as a principal investment partner adding value through active participation in strategic decision making combined with a rigorous focus on risk and capital management and financial resource optimisation.
We have broad experience across a range of real estate sectors including specialist expertise in residential master-planned communities, built-form residential, urban renewal/adaptive re-use, retail, hotels and hospitality, commercial office and industrial development.
